혼란스러울 때 들으면 모든 게 납득이 가면서 편안해 지는 노래이다 ㅜㅜ 나한테는 약같은 노래
해석이 엉망진창이길래 의역 듬뿍 넣어서 번역해봤다. 정제된 표현과 시어같은 단어들이 엄청 예쁘다. 일본 그립다 일본에 돌아가면 다시 모든 것이 다 제자리로 돌아올 것 같은 그런 느낌이다.



오늘 부탄츄 먹다가 생각난 노래이다. 부탄츄 돈코츠는 훌륭한데 마늘 맛이 너무 심해서 호불호가 갈릴듯.
일본에서 라면은 주방장 주변에 쭉 둘러서서 카운터에서 먹는 맛인데 우리나라는 보통 테이블로 되어 있다. 신촌 부탄츄는 작지만 카운터석이 있어서 혼자 먹기에도 부담이 없다. 보글보글 끓어가는 국물, 기름을 건져내는 기름채, 면에서 물기를 툭툭 털어 하나의 라면을 완성하는 과정 - 을 멍하니 보고 있으면 지루하지 않다.
한 그릇의 라면을 만들어내기 위해 참 많은 재료가 동원되고 오랜 시간이 소요된다. 특히 국물에는 최상의 맛을 내기 위한 주방장의 혼이 담겨 있다고 한다. 일본 티비에서 온갖 동물의 뼈를 고아내어 여러 비율을 시험하여 원하는 맛을 찾아가는 과정을 보면 그 자체로 경이롭다. 따라서 마지막에 국물을 쭉 들이키고 바닥을 보이는 것이 예의라 배웠다. 그렇게 배를 뜨끈하게 채우고 밖에 나오면 뿌듯하다.
아무래도 라멘은 싫어할래야 싫어할 수가 없다.
